Drabble Challenge #85 [Alternate]

Prompt: rhyming (special)
I have been like a gypsy, rootless and wandering
Never content in one place for very long
I thought I had found a permanent home
But now I realize I might have been wrong

When I consider it, the possibilities are exciting
New stories to learn, new places to see
Perhaps it would give my creativity a boost
And even rekindle his romantic feelings for me

So why do I hesitate and feel melancholy
This could be a grand adventure for us
Yes, it’s a risk, but I think one worth taking
I shouldn’t be making such a big fuss
