“Daddy, Uncle Matt says that you need at least a three-foot stake to get to a vampire’s heart, is that true?” Ginger asked excitedly.
Charlie quickly glanced at his wife before answering, “Yes, that way you’ll still have some separation in case the vampire is still active.”
“Thanks, Daddy!” Ginger shouted as she ran back outside where Matt and her little brother were throwing a frisbee.
Minerva looked across the patio table and glared at Matt. She huffed with disdain and crossed her arms as she settled into her chair.
