A Woman's Denial

If he really loves me things will change.
If he really loves me, he will see that I’m trying my best.

He’ll realize this is something I NEED us to share.
And that he needs it too.

If I love him enough. If I am patient enough, GOOD enough.
I will be rewarded and he will love me the way I need to be loved.

We will be happy.
We’ll have the life I’ve dreamt of.

I just have to wait a little bit longer.
I just have to keep a positive attitude.

I just have to stay in denial.
