Drabble Challenge #115

Prompt: twisted

"Is he healthy?"

He was -- almost, except from head to foot, every bone was twisted. His collarbone turned slightly right, his ribcage slightly more. By his hips, 45 degrees, and by his feet, 90.

"He'll never walk."

But he did - not easily, and he had to turn his head as far right as possible, so he could see, but he walked.

One day he met his twin - not literally, but the man looked exactly like him, only untwisted. Yet where he was kind, his twin was cruel. The man's very soul seemed twisted.

Suddenly a twisted skeleton wasn't so bad.
