Drabble Challenge #135

Prompt: non-sequitur

As Pig opened the door, Wolf politely asked, “May I come in?” Pig scratched the hairs on his chin while trying to recall from where he knew Wolf. Pig began relaying possibilities aloud, “You're not the banker, grocer, or librarian...” As Pig droned on, Wolf's mind began to wander to a poem about tornadoes he'd been trying to write for ages. Wolf was too polite to interrupt. Pig finally said, “I don't believe I know you.” There was a long pause. As the closing line to his poem finally came to him, Wolf excitedly exclaimed, “I'll blow your house in!”
