The Saga Continues...

We simply wanted to buy a house we liked and could afford.

We’d found two houses, but neither one worked out, so finding another we wanted, and priced right, seemed like an answer to everything.

We’re both honest, law-abiding people. We never wanted to cheat the system, or have illegal, unlicensed, non-code work in our house.

But the illegal, unlicensed, non-code work was done before we bought the house! We didn’t even KNOW about it until we’d already signed the papers and paid the money!

This mess is unintentional on our parts, yet we’re the ones having to fix it!
