Crash

The ship breached the planet's atmosphere comfortably enough, but such unexpected gravity wreaked havoc on its handling. Within seconds, it was hurtling downwards...and then everything went green.

The pilot shook his head groggily, and tried to focus. No use--he must have been blinded in the crash. He was unable to inspect his own ultra-compact form for injury, but everywhere he turned, he saw only vague outlines in hues of green. Defeated, he activated his transceiver to call home.

Meanwhile, a juvenile of the local species 'Human' gaped at the tiny round traveller—lost in his ocean of grass.
