Drabble Challenge #5

Prompt: passages

Under the Shade Tree - when I get quiet and still, when that state of mindfulness approaches that takes me to connectivity - TIME stops. Love and hate, evil and good, past and future, you and I - none of these have meaning.

I am Present Being, and through this portal I experience my true self. That wonderful, juxtaposed nothingness/everythingness that is all that ever brings true peace.

On all worlds, for all people, there exists this shade tree. It is a symbolic, rooted, protective, beautiful thing that lends us itself, easing our passage to awareness of the great alone/togetherness.
