Drabble Challenge #50

Prompt: box

Attention all cars, be on the lookout for a two-thousand nine Z750. The car was last seen heading south on Hwy. 279, just past mile marker sixteen. The driver just held up West-side Gas and Grocery. He is considered armed and dangerous.

“Car one to base.”

“Go ahead car one.”

“I just spotted the subject and I am in pursuit.”

“Ten four car one. Car seven and car nine are on the way.”

“Car seven, you get in front and car nine, pull up beside him.”

The maneuver works flawlessly. They place the man in handcuffs and take him away.
