Drabble Challenge #24
Prompt: don't panic
'Twas the night before Nano, and all through my head,
Not a story was stirring, and it filled me with dread.
With no characters planned and no outline prepared,
As midnight grew near, I just sat there and stared.
I knew I was in for a very long night,
Now that Nano had started, and I had nothing to write.
When what to my wandering mind should appear,
But a hint of a plot (though it wasn't quite clear).
And I said to myself, "I hope my book doesn't suck.
Happy Nano to all! And to all, best of luck!"
