Drabble Challenge #112

Prompt: hope

If our lives were museums, they would consist of three galleries: What Was, What Is, and What Will Be. What Was is filled with the images and artifacts of our past; What Is contains what we are today; and What Will Be holds our future. They are connected by a great tapestry that allows us each day to look back at the memories of yesterday and to look forward at the hope of tomorrow. What Will Be closes as we age, and What Is closes when we die, but What Was will always remain open for those who remember us.
