Drabble Challenge #9

Prompt: impressions
Sometimes this existence can seem so flat...
Yet, now and then, its full dimensions reveal themselves.
The ocean, lunging forward and retreating, perpendicular to a barefoot run through the surf.
A train, crossing the highway on its elevated trestle as traffic streaks below.
The uplifting winds in places like Blowing Rock, NC or Point of the Mountain, Utah--daring you to leap off and take flight.
Even the highs and lows of music, weaving their Z-axis in accompaniment to the switchback drive along a river's gorge.

They stretch and pull this world into glorious depth, bringing forth a tangible reality.
