Blue Period

"Get away from there!" I heard him call from the other room. I didn’t see our cats, so I chuckled, guessing what was probably going on.

Anthony was painting the bathroom, so I figured he was getting some ‘feline assistance.’

Yoko, our fluffy gray kitten, jumped onto my lap, looked at me curiously, and I burst out laughing.

Her little nose was now a lovely sky blue.

Oops!

"Get down from there!" Anthony yelled.

I jumped up to investigate, and discovered, Chaucer, lying on the bathroom windowsill, one side of his long, black tail covered with blue paint.

Oops, again!
