The Play

As we enter the scene, we find a quaint little family sitting around the dinner table. It has been a hard winter but summer vacation is finally here.

The middle daughter speaks first, "I love daddy."

The mother replies, "I'm glad you do darling. I love him too."

"He is so sweet. I bet he is the sweetest daddy in the whole world!" chimes in the youngest of the girls.

"I agree!" the mom replies.

The oldest girl's dialog ends the scene. "Mom, I think he is the best daddy we have ever had, especially the way you cooked him!"
