Tired of Being Tired

When you fight a chronic "invisible" illness, it is exhausting. You are always tired, however, when your head hits the pillow, you can't sleep. Pain feeds off lack of sleep. It is a never ending cycle that just tries to snatch the humanity out of you. How can you get better if you can't rest? How do you rest when you are in so much pain? Pills lead to side effects, side effects lead to being more miserable. Doctors can't help, you are on your own. You feel alone but you're not, there are others that understand. You aren't crazy!
