The Saga Continues...

We simply wanted to buy a house we liked and could afford.

We�d found two houses, but neither one worked out, so finding another we wanted, and priced right, seemed like an answer to everything.

We�re both honest, law-abiding people. We never wanted to cheat the system, or have illegal, unlicensed, non-code work in our house.

But the illegal, unlicensed, non-code work was done before we bought the house! We didn�t even KNOW about it until we�d already signed the papers and paid the money!

This mess is unintentional on our parts, yet we�re the ones having to fix it!
