The test begins as the nurse starts the Dobutamine dripping into my veins. Nothing happens at first but after a few seconds, my heart starts to feel as it is beating out of my chest! All of a sudden, I am unable to move my neck and my head begins to feel like it's going to explode. I almost shout, “Something is wrong! An allergic reaction!”
“Don't panic. We're stopping the test,” the doctor responds.
…
So now it looks like I may have a heart blockage. A trip to a bigger hospital and more tests are in my near future.
