Who wouldn’t laugh at someone choking, due to attempting to suck up candy off the counter, while pretending to be a vacuum cleaner? That alone was funny, but having to give himself the Heimlich maneuver over the back of a futon was just hysterical. Had there been a camera capturing it, it would’ve certainly gone viral.
He‘d always wanted to make people laugh, and this was his chance. All he had to do was relay the story, and click, share. Social media existed for just this situation. He was conflicted. He was an introvert troubled by a virtual reality.
