Drabble Challenge #102

Prompt: love
When I look at your face
I’m not looking for a matinee idol, who millions would swoon for
I see your imperfections
And they are perfect to me

When I look at your body
I’m not looking for a star athlete, who could win a gold medal
I see your imperfections
And they are perfect to me

When I look at our relationship
I don’t see a romantic novel, where everything is happily ever after
I see our imperfections
And they are perfect to me

I’m not looking with my eyes
But with my heart
Which is filled
With love
