Drabble Challenge #90

Prompt: shangri-la

Charlie sat at the computer terminal in the Richard B. Russell Building in Athens, Georgia. He smiled contently as he clicked from screen to screen, reviewing the books and tomes archived here in the Special Collections Building of the University’s Library system.

“Matt,” he whispered excitedly. “They have the only copy of Gromere’s Tome of Discontent.”

Matt sat across the table and fidgeted miserably as he said, “Big whoop. Gromere. Tome. Discontent.”

“I’m in heaven,” Charlie said.

“Nothing’s happening, I’m in hell,” Matt answered.

Just then a librarian sprinted past them as a zombie shuffled after her.
