Roses are Red

“You wanted to borrow $10,000 to buy a girl roses!?”

“That's right. She loves roses.”

“But, $10,000 dollars worth of roses!?”

“Well, I've been trying to get with her for years now, but she says she just wants to be friends. I sent her a dozen roses one time and she almost agreed to go out with me, so I figured that if got her enough money for her to buy herself a rose farm, maybe she would love me!”

“What did the loan officer tell you?”

“He said that there was no way I would ever get her alone!”
