LITTLE PROPHET

Legend says that the attendant reached into the container full of biohazardous waste and was startled.

Upon his shovel, bound for the incinerator, amongst bundles of tissue, drying blood, and discarded limbs, there was movement, and the noise of tiny lungs.

Tiny, but fully formed, that fact having saved her life. Later, stories would tell of a prophet born from amongst the very disease and discarded waste of ourselves, brought forth from abortion, her true gestation having been disguised by her diminutive body.

So it is said: “From the tiny voice of the unintended, there shall spring forth monstrous peace.”
