Class Clown

There’s always one. You can see him, disrupting the class, flouting witty insults behind the teacher’s back, inventing pranks, spouting fantastic stories!

Why do we not recognize them for what they truly are? What else but a quick mind, craving the love and attention of his fellow humans, could act in such a manner?

Amongst the great intellectuals and recognized genius of history, we find clowns, but how many slip through? How many are so suppressed or beaten down that their sparks extinguish, with that, humanity’s chance to warm themselves by the fires of their passions?
