Have found perfect civilisation STOP No form of currency abundant resources no stress or struggle no crime no communication with outside world STOP Residents act well and good of their own volition rather than punished for every possible misbehaviour STOP Asked leader how this is possible STOP Claims all needs are met and overall philosophy being moderation of citizens in word and deed QUOTE A little courtesy all around helps to smooth out the most complicated problems ENDQUOTE Just what we always spoke of for our own experiment STOP Model for peace kindness and ideal society STOP Come at once
