Halloween in the South. No need for long woolen skirts, cloaks, or even red and white striped socks. Witches in Savannah often need their summer gear when All Hallows Eve comes ‘round.
We were walking down Habersham, entering Columbia Square on a bright, sunny October 31st when it happened. I was dressed in a thin black skirt and blouse, and was wearing a traditional black, conical witch’s hat.
My hat is called Spooky. She’s saucy with just a little bit of attitude.
