As we made our way west along River Street, I kept an eye out for That Darn Hat. Hearing a loud noise, I looked toward the river-walk, and saw a crowd gathered around a man who had strapped himself into a straight jacket. As he struggled to escape, I saw a flutter in the shadows behind him.
I nudged my companion, who nodded.
